I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very good-clean and quiet, perfect for studying. Although slightly smaller than expected, my room on the 5th floor was beautifully appointed and comfortably sized. The service was exceptional, especially shout out to Melody who sent us champagne and upgraded our room. The location was incredible, offering easy access to various attractions like the 'Butterfly Store' and great local restaurants. The dining experience was great, with filling and delicious options available.

Staying at El Convento was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, reminiscent of The Santa Clara in Cartagena St Theresa in Rio, offering a partial view. I couldn't contain my excitement after arriving at the hotel! The room was so cozy and quiet with a hidden terrace that was perfect for my morning coffee or a chill glass of wine in the afternoon before heading out to explore the city at night. Being just across from a couple of lively bars added that extra touch of fun to my stay. Although, I did wish the room was a bit more soundproof for complete relaxation.
